The sustyvibes community is composed of our volunteers aka sustyvibers who make our work possible. Strategic decisions are taken by the community in collaboration with our board and core team.  We care, value and listen to each other.  We often invite advisors and project participants when more insights are needed. Together, we co-create our working strategy that is truly youth-led and youth-focused.
