We cannot overemphasize the fact that we have a pollution culture problem, one that makes it difficult to break apart because Nigerians have been so used to the status-quo.
On International Youth Day 2016, SustyVibes, Orodata, The Valuable Waste Initiative, Tamara Posibi and Tomisin Olumuyiwa are working together to promote a campaign that looks at pollution from four different angles:
- We need a cleaner, safer environment in Nigeria – society has the bigger role to play.
- Throwing stuff out of the window is not cool howsoever, how about we make people who do it feel bad about it?
- Recycling has outstanding benefits, people should be get involved.
- So many people have no idea on the already existing recycling initiatives so let us call them out (nicely!)
What do we want to do?
Stare Down On Pollution!
