Susty on the streets is exactly as its name implies—taking sustainability to the streets. It is dedicated to addressing the plastic pollution emergency through direct advocacy with everyday people and often includes street clean-ups, recycling, upcycling, and advocacy.
Susty on the Streets as a project has several sub-projects within its focus. Our Street Conferences have been one of our most popular projects as it involves street clean-ups and recycling awareness with people on the streets. In 2016 we also launched the #StareDownOnPollution campaign in a bid to continue the conversation of waste management online.
