Wecyclers’ Bilikiss Adebiyi Is Set To Bring More Parks & Gardens To Lagos

Software programmer-turned-environmentalist, and Co-founder of Wecyclers – Bilikiss Adebiyi-Abiola has been appointed by the Lagos state governor, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode, as the new General Manager of the Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency (LASPARK).

LASPARK, was launched five years ago by the Lagos State government to make Lagos greener and healthier by developing and maintaining functional and operational parks and gardens; as well as the planting and maintenance of trees.

Since LASPARK was launched, the agency has reportedly established over 300 parks statewide. Can’t wait to see what Bilikiss has planned for the cleaner, greener Lagos project!
